First day in IT at Comcast was a blast! </sarcasm> Got to spend an hour and a half on the phone with a female employee in Maryland trying to get her computer to display the Frederick Keys' website properly. I futilely installed every feasible update to IE and Java using Remotely Anywhere, but it only worked under my user name, not when she logged on as hers. We told her we'd call them back tomorrow (yeah, right). And this lovely affair came soon after I spent 2.5 hours updating my newly re-imaged workstation to make sure it had every available Windows update for Win2k. I can only hope that it gets less mind numbing from here.
